"I drove down from Michigan to pick up my new 2009 Honda Goldwing, with the Premium Audio/Comfort Package, on May 1, 2009. I was a little nervous at first, since I was purchasing this bike sight unseen through e-bay and I was not familiar with Ashland Cycle. I both e-mailed and also spoke with Jay and Rick at Ashland and they walked me through the out of state buying process. Upon arriving at Ashland the hospitality and the efficient processing of the entire purchase was first class. They even helped my buddy and I load up the bike on the trailer for the ride back home. I would highly recomend this Dealership and I"m having a great time on my new Goldwing. Again, thanks Rick, Jay and all the staff at Ashland Cycle for making this purchase a pleasant experience.

Also, the gentlemen in Parts were very helpful in procuring for us oil filers and a service manual in advance of our 600 mile initial service. "This is the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased a 2008 Kawasaki ZX-14. I was running late, the staff not only waited past closing but was cheerful and joking the whole time we finalized my transaction and loaded the bike. I drove 200 miles to buy this bike and will bring it back for all service. This type of customer care is hard to find. The other dealers in the Louisville area would not even come close to the price. There also was no pressure to buy the color or model that was on the floor or snooty attitude that comes with some of the big building cycle centers. I urge you to visit this dealer before you make a choice. You won’t be sorry.

"This is belated but I've been busy riding...
I saw an Ashland ad on ebay and I liked the price. I ordered an '06 goldwing and made arrangements to pick it up in late March of '06. I took the Greyhound bus from SE Michigan down to Ashland and picked up the bike and continued down to the Florida keys (there was some snow involved in Tennesee but I try to forget about that part). There was a problem with the way they mounted the Kuryakyn luggage rack on the trunk lid and I addressed it to Ashland when I got back home. Ashland went way out of their way to make me a happy customer. Nice job guys, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
(PS 26,000 miles in 18 months and it rides like a dream. In fact I've caught the wife dreaming on the back a couple of times.)"

"Ashland Cycle Center made my purchase of a TRX450ER almost too easy. I called and priced it on a Saturday morning. It was still in the crate. When I got there 3 hours later it was ready for me to take home. It only took about 15 minutes to make the transaction. There was no hassle or run around. The parts department has been great for the last 18 months. They are very knowledgeable, and there prices are great. I will continue to do business with ACC for years to come."
